Q: Can I call in an order and pick it up?
A: Absolutely! We encourage call in orders, especially if you want to pick us the items during peak busy times.
Q: How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A: It depends on how large and how unique your order is. If you want a custom label you should allow a week, although depending on how busy we are we will always try to meet your needs. If you desire a custom flavor, it could take a week to stock certain ingredients. Orders of more than 10 bags, should be placed several days in advance to give ensure we can prepare the proper inventory. You can place orders as far in advance as you desire. It is never too soon.
Q: Can you make a new flavor for my event?
A: Probably so. We are always interested in supporting your vision if possible. Let us know what you would like to do, and we will tackle the challenge!
